I recently consulted with clients who had been unsuccessful in selling their home. They were ready for expert staging advice before going back on the Real Estate market. One of the main things I noticed was that the bonus room had been turned into a bedroom. I weighed the options of what would be best for this client and to get this home the attention it deserved from buyers. I evaluated the seller's situation ...
