The Ocala & Marion County real estate market although improving, has not recovered as well as most of the rest of the country. 2013 saw some improvement in the first half but then stalled in the second half. We ended the year with almost the same inventory as we started.

A year ago all these retirement communities were in double digit months of supply. Now with one exception they have all moved into seller's market territory.
