Based on a recent home appraisal in Shenandoah Estates Subdivision, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70817, I wanted to present to readers several different charting formats of Shenandoah Estates data. The five year charting shows a median sales price increase of 25.1%. The one year charting shows no significant median sales price change. The scatter charting of Sold Price Per Square Foot appears to indicate an increase in sold price per square foot.
