I recently completed a home purchase appraisal in Woodstock Subdivision in City of Central Baton Rouge Suburb. Woodstock was developed in 2008 with a second filing in 2012-2014 around 2 lakes or ponds. Home sizes range from 1697sf to 3448sf, average 2,133sf. DSLD Homes has been primary Builder in Woostock since 2013. The following is my report on the home sales trends that took place and the prices paid for these homes from November 2014 to November 2015 Year-To-Date.
