Fannie Mae in an effort to helping home-buyers and the stabilization of neighborhoods is now offering a 3.5% iincentive to buyers. To qualify buyers have to purchase a Fannie Mae owned home from HomePath.com. The buyers can use the 3.5% iincentive for closing cost or purchase new Appliances.
