green real estate: Investing in Green Communities.....looking for feedback

I found this article below online and I wanted to see if anyone had any feedback? The article talks about being a great buy for investors. I understand the advantages for primary and/or second home purchasers (I've written about it) and possible long term potential for investors, but not short term. I also think it is an informative article but with no real facts on where these communities are or how to find them, so any feedback there would be appreciated also.
