This is a legitimate question on my part, how do you decide during the course of preparing a house for sale, that a Home Staging® Professional should be brought in?  Please comment ... Home Staging® Professionals want to know!

I am realizing more & more many Realtors are apprehensive when it comes to approaching their Sellers about Professional Home Staging.  Its tough and takes finesse. In times of remberance there most often is gratitude.  What are you grateful for?  In this current American muck of negativity let's all stop and reflect upon what is good about the American Way!  My father was a WWII veteran and darn proud of his service.  He "lived" his Army and passed on to his children great patriotism.  Thank you, Dad!
