He had inquired about bank owned properties and i sent him a list of a mix of properties (bank owned foreclosures and privately owned) from the NNEREN mls we use as brokers in NH. Over the past 6 months there has been a sharp increase in the number of sales of foreclosed homes in the general North Conway NH and White Mountain region.
