I have to take responsibility for not elaborating enough in my last post in regard to why Ossipee is the current "hot spot" on my real estate radar. My primary reason for believing that Ossipee is a great value right now is that pricesin Ossipee NH have dropped the most in Carroll County . One of the predominate factors in this is the slightly higher in county average number of foreclosed home sales. He had inquired about bank owned properties and i sent him a list of a mix of properties (bank owned foreclosures and privately owned) from the NNEREN mls we use as brokers in NH.
