Dobbs Ferry, a relatively quiet rivertown in Westchester County has two major project and initiatives that are well on their way!Rivertown Square has been through its multiple stages of approval since January 2011 when they applied for a land use permit. This multi-use complex will have retail/restaurants/shopping and even an Inn on the third floor in a location that many of us pass regularly on the Saw Mill River Parkway.
