The Hudson Valley Rail Trail in Highland NY is tucked quietly away between Illinois Mountain and Black Creek, running from the hamlet of Highland west toward New Paltz. Some days are just perfect for showing houses to prospective buyers. For the past two days I have had the pleasure of working with out of town buyers. I spent time with two couples who were drawn to the Hudson Valley for several reasons the main one being the close proximity to New York and Albany. Both days were perfect to show homes. The temperature was about 80 degrees with little to no humidity. The sky was blue and the Hudson River, as always, was magnificent- the Valley in it's splender.
