Today we started off our busy day by having to participate in a Writ of Possession. This is the final step in the eviction process where the owner of the rental property, or their property manager has to meet the local sheriffs at the property with a moving crew to physically remove a tenants personal belongings out onto the curb! It is not a pleasant experience for anyone. The owners of the rental home had been "managing it themselves" to save on management fees.
