With the number of available homes for sale continuing to shrink some home owners are being canvassed by agents either in person or by mail with the pitch they have a qualified buyer that wants to buy a home owners home. The pitch is if you have any thoughts of selling I have a qualified buyer ready to go. They may even pitch the home owner may save money by only having to pay the buyer’s agent’s commission.
