You're not going to take my advice. The end of the month hopefully brings a flurry of closing activity. If your client has taken your advice all along all will probably go well. I am the listing agent and in Nov. I had a closing scheduled that, well, still isn't closed. Why? The buyer didn't take his agents advice on selecting a lending institution. The buyers agent and I had everything in ahead of time and done our part. This particular institution has had 45+ days to get it done.
