Enjoying the Fall Season
Although I do appreciate nature 365 days a year FALL is my favorite season. I look forward to it as the weather typically starts to cool down and the leaves begin to fall off the trees and make colorful piles everywhere.
Here are some of the things of Fall I love!
Driving down tree-lined streets and seeing the leaves falling and the colors are unbelievable.
Pumpkin Patch Event for the kids.
Enjoying Pumpkin Lattes at Starbucks.
Finding Pumpkin Muffins and Bagels at restaurants and savoring the flavors.
Planting MUMS and other fall flowers. Mums are my favorites and love the assorted colors.

Today August 26th is National Dog Day
Today Friday August 26th is National Dog Day, an annual observance of honoring your pups and spreading awareness about rescue dogs. Started by pet expert Colleen Paige, National Dog Day is held every year on Aug. 26 — the anniversary of the day she adopted her first canine. It's a chance to donate to your local shelter, volunteer with animals or simply cuddle up to your furry friend.
I have always had dogs, cats, fish and also a duck when growing up. I used to buy AKC registered dogs but back in 1994, Snowy, a Minature … (1 comments)

Have You Visited the State Capital Where You Live?
In 2015, I had the opportunity to go to Sacramento on business and view part of the State Capital Building. It was a fantastic feeling to walk through the halls of so many politicians; Governors, Senators, House Representatives and so many other important people plus the public. I felt even more proud to be an American after entering.
I was in awe when I went it the Senate Chamber as the room is absolutely beautiful and where many important decisions have been discussed and decided on. The dome ceilings, the columns, and the statue … (10 comments)

beaumont real estate: 10 Things I Am So Grateful For as a Real Estate Agent - 01/01/16 10:49 AM
10 Things I Am So Grateful For in 2015
I am typically a 'glass half full' person vs. a 'glass half empty'. I do get sad sometimes and miss my parents during the holidays but try to usually be positive and happy. Here is a list of my 10 favorite things I am grateful for this year.
1. Spent the 2015 Christmas holidays with my girls Jackie and Kimber plus my grandchildren, Iggy The Cat and Gidget the dog. Both rescue pets and have made my kids lives so happy.
2. Celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary with my wonderful husband, father plus a terrific … (22 comments)

beaumont real estate: Trivia Facts About Thanksgiving Day to Share - 11/26/15 02:45 AM
Facts About Thanksgiving Day to Share
The 1st Thanksgiving is documented on Nov 21, 1621, a year after 102 English citizens  fled England. They were commonly called "the Pilgrims" and  anchored on the banks of Cape Cod. They arrived on a small ship called the Mayflower and the trip took 66 days.  The feast was said to be a 3-day event and was a celebration of a good harvest of squash, beans, and corn and learning skills to hunt and fish. The celebration feast was shared with North American natives who had taught them to grow food, hunt and fish. Unfortunately … (12 comments)

Would You Buy This House...Poor Photo
I feel as a real estate professional that is my duty to do the very best job for my client and also feel it is a reflection on all of use when someone fails to meet the basic criteria.
Recently, I received a listing from one of the major internet advertisers and I couldn't believe the photo. Yes, this is the only photo for the house. Our MLS has standards one being the first photo MUST be the front of the house. Also our MLS allows us 36 photos which gives the viewer a pretty good idea … (24 comments)

Lowe's Realtor Program is Being Discontinued
I received this email several days ago:
Dear REALTOR®, This email is to advise you of an important change: The Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® will end at 11:59pm Eastern time on Friday, November 6, 2015. As of November 7, 2015 the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® will no longer be available and Lowe’s will no longer be a REALTOR Benefits® Program partner.
I am very disappointed as I put all my clients, buyers and sellers, in this data base and Lowe's sends them email coupons typically 10% off up to $10,000. Every six months I send my clients … (4 comments)

National Cat Day Today on October 29, 2015
National Cat Day was founded in 2005 by Pet and Family Lifestyle Expert & Animal Welfare Advocate Colleen Paige.  This day was created to get the  public to recognize the number of cats that need to be rescued each year and also to encourage cat lovers to celebrate the cat(s) in their lives for the unconditional love and companionship they bestow upon us.
I am a dog person but love cats and used to have a orange Tabby cat who lived to be over 20 years old. I still miss my Tabby cat who was … (9 comments)

Good Communications with Clients is #1 Priority during Transaction
My Promise to You
I pride myself on keeping my clients happy and that means staying in touch whether it is every day, 5 X daily or up to sometimes once a week if the client dictates this to me. Believe it or not, I am sometimes hired to take care of selling their home,  sending contracts and disclosures via electronic signature and they really do not want to be bothered until I have an estimated closing date. OK whatever the client dictates! I am flexible and will do whatever they prefer.

Hope you Didn't Miss the Solar Eclipse Supermoon?
Supermoon over the Inland Empire
On Sunday September 27, 2015 at 7:11 pm EST we had a double celestial spectacular event with a Lunar Ecipse and a Supermoon over Southern California. This moon is also known as a Blood Moon and it does look like one, doesn't it?
This first picture was taken just around 7:15 pm. After that, it became so dark that I couldn't find it for almost 1 hour but then it showed up again!
Then I took another one at 8:20 pm at the end of the eclipse. The Meteorologist on the television had said if … (26 comments)
