It is a listing agreement taken by an agent but with the understanding of the seller and agent that this listing (Residential 1-4 units) will not be put into the MLS system. In CA, there is an OPT OUT form (SELM) which must be signed by the Seller and Broker and sent to MLS or Local Board of Realtors Assoc within 48 hours. Dancing in the Rain...Hummingbirds A few days ago we had a big rainstorm and most of the birds go off and take cover until the rain stops. But of course the hummingbirds visit my two feeders every day, over and over and even after it gets dark so why would a little rain stop them. Here they are dancing in the rain!

My daughter lives in an urban area of a large city and has a 3 story apartment and of course it is not uncommon to have mice. So she rented a cat from her friends twice. I notice many beautiful Crepe Myrtle trees growing here in Southern California. They come in a variety of pinks, lavenders, reds and also white. Many shopping centers and parks like them as you can mix the colors and make a beautiful setting.
Where I live, they have about 8 lining both sides of the entrance for a beautiful and dramatic entryway.

Recently I was on a trip to Philadelphia and thought this site was amazing. We all are probably familiar with the restaurant 'Hard Rock Cafe' but here in downtown Philadelphia was a huge guitar and it rotated.
