If you are a bird lover then this will be an easy and fun way to feed your backyard birds. It is also a fun activity to do with your kids or to make to give as gifts.
3/4 a cup of flour 1/2 a cup of water 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (2.5 teaspoons) 3 tbsp corn syrup 4 cups birdseed (makes approximately 12 bird feeders) 1. Spray a spoon with cooking spray and mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

bird feeders: Speechless Sunday- Bird Sitters.....or maybe Bird Stalkers - 10/16/11 11:57 AM

 
I had noticed that one of my bird feeders had not needed refilling all week?? This morning when I went to bring my dogs back inside, this is what I found. They were up on the retaining wall waiting for the birds! And where were the birds? They were up on the fence just watching from a far.
 

 

 

 

 

 
That is what I will be doing today; moving the birdfeeder higher up on the hill so the birds can safely get back to the feeder! Remember to feed the birds!
