The seminars are scheduled between Sept. 13 and Nov. 8 in cities throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Highland CA Market Report for May-June 2013 Recent reports from CAR show a 20% increase in Single Family homes for 2012 and they expect a 20% increase in value for 2013. Currently 64% of the working populace are now finding a home purchase affordable compared to 16% when the market was at its peak in 2007.
