Try Portillo’s Hot Dogs in Moreno Valley if You Like Hot Dogs Today I had to go get the keys from a house that just closed so it was too late to go home and cook. Just down the street from Costco in Moreno Valley is a fairly new restaurant called Portillo's Hot Dogs. My husband knows I love Chili Dogs so suggested we stop in and I was so glad we did.
