We are having some fantastic winter weather and it is perfect for driving to the mountains to enjoy the day walking around the lake or going skiing and snowboarding. Rent a cabin and stay the weekend like we do.

Naked Photo in MLS Discussed at Real Estate Convention This past weekend, I attended a national convention with over 300 attendees. One of the last speakers was discussing Technology and Facebook tips. She also discussed what not to put on social media sites or what will show up when you don't want it to. Then the speaker mentioned the 'Naked Realtor Photographer' taking a picture in the bathroom and later updated into the MLS. The room was full of excitement and chatter. I grew up seeing that volunteering was important and my mother always seemed to belong to some many organizations who were helping others; American Cancer Society, Salvation Army, Riverside Women's Club, Elk's Club, the church and the list went on and on.....

There he was just sitting there having breakfast. Luckily my little chihuahua was inside. As you can see there, there are a lot of white feathers there so I think he got a pigeon and sat down to eat.
