Just Earned the NAR Designation "SRES" Senior Real Eestate Specialist I just completed the SRES designation course as I mainly sell to senior moving in or out of Senior 55+ Communities. It was a 12 hour course which took 2 full days from 9-4 pm. The instructor throws a lot of information at you but I really learned a lot and it made me think about some of my previous or current clients. I am a Southern California Realtor and have a wide variety of interests. First of all Real Estate is my real love and focus point but I do have Hobbies. I am interested in Photography; Nature, Landscaping, Lunar and Solar Phases, but Birds are my favorites. I also enjoy scrapbooking, blogging, and traveling; beaches, deserts, and mountains.
