National Pasta Day- Celebrate With a Recipe
Pasta is a type of noodle of traditional Italian cuisine, with the first reference dating to 1154 in Sicily and first attested in English in 1874.  Typically, it is made from unleavened dough of durum wheat flour that is mixed with water or eggs and formed into sheets or various shapes. It is then cooked and served in a variety of dishes.

 Yes, this morning at 7:21 am EST, Punx Phil saw his shadow and returned to his den. 
I have read where Punxsutawney Phil is right about half the time but I think a big storm is moving in right now so apparently he got it right this time.

This week I attended the Women's Council of Realtor's Convention in San Diego and stayed at the Manchester Hyatt Hotel which had sponsored the event. First of all it was so easy to get to off the freeway and straight down to the water and there it was just past the USS Midway Ship which is docked there.
