cary: 501 Chandler Grant, Cary NC, My New Favorite Highcroft Listing. - 01/26/09 01:04 AM
Ok this one has been on the market a while but with some serious cost cuttings this home now stands up and screams "buy me"!
This of course is not my listing, I do not list or sell homes, I am just study markets and give really good information to those that want it. If you want to know who does a great job email me and I will point you in the right direction for what you need.
Back to the listing... Lets start with what we like about the home and then get to what makes it a perfect buy for … (0 comments)

cary: All American Night in an All American Town - 08/04/08 07:19 AM
Father, son, hot dogs, baseball and fire works. Does it get better than that on an August evening? Not for me, not last Friday.
My eight year old son, Jack, myself and two neighbors and their sons went to USA National Training Center atThomas Brookes park to watch Team USA play Team Canada.
It was very cool to see the field with the Olympic Rings and the Town of Cary logo, seriously how many towns have a picture like that one!
Everything about the night was perfect, except the final score, but the game was very exciting. Team USA hit … (2 comments)

I do love that line. And reading it for the first time three months ago changed my existence in North Carolina.  I started training for my first Triathlon with my neighbors. My first race is tomorrow! I am stoked, the goal is to finish, because … (2 comments)

cary: Update on My Favorite Active Listing.. - 07/09/08 03:12 AM
I really like this house it was a great buy when I wrote the blog a couple of weeks ago.
502 Millsfield Dr, Cary NC. Located in Highcroft Subdivision in Cary and backs up to Highcroft Drive Elementary School.
A four bedroom, three bath, 3600 sq ft plus home for sale in the New Cary area of Cary North Carolina for way under market value.
With a $25,000 price reduction, it is a screaming deal at $130.60 a sq ft (the average sold price per sq foot in the subdivision is over $142.00). The home needs some paint, but the "bones" are … (0 comments)
