crm help: Anyone have a good lead manager program?

Can anyone suggest a good lead management system? I may be dreaming but I would love to have our agents update the leads weekly in the system (an email reminder would be great), sort by agent, area, office, price, status, state or date. I would love email the consumer or consumers from the crm. Something simple that can be easily scalable and implemented in a real estate office environment.
