Beaumont CA Market Watch - November 21st, 2016 Happy Thanksgiving week everybody! This is one of my favorite weeks in the whole year, and this year seems a little more special for some specific reasons of ours. We are very thankful for what we have, the family we have and waking up this morning to a cold rainy day (I love the rain!) made it feel even more special. Beaumont CA short sales seeing a rise in numbers Beaumont has been at the forefront of the market boom, crash, foreclosure frenzy, short sale sell-off and subsequent correction to a normal market once again. But with the unsure nature of real estate values, the over-all economy and now global economy affecting us like never before, the short sale option has seen a resurgence here in the city of Beaumont, California.
