Active Riverside County Housing Inventory By Volume Thru 2017 (So Far) The graph we are showing here reflects all Riverside, California housing inventory active thru the Southern California regional MLS, CRMLS, so far thru 2017 by volume. As you can see, the top of the graph peaks at almost seven billion in volume. But August and September are more than 1.5 billion less at around 5.4 billion in sales volume. This is the going trend for the housing markets here in Southern California. 2017 will be known as the year of atrophy, especially for real estate home buyers.
