The Redlands, California median sales price as of May, 2022 is $600,000. This includes all homes no matter the construction, size or build. In comparison, six months ago it was $589,900. This time last year the median sales price in Redlands was $513,500!
But don't get too lost in the numbers. The median sales price swung more than $80,000 in just a few months in 2017. And it also jumped at the early onset of the pandemic in 2020. See the graph below - it's interactive.

The subdivision of Rancho Suzy Lynn in Calimesa continues to move forward, clearing approved environmental resolutions and tract map planning. Issues and concerns from the public regarding the project have been heard by the Calimesa Planning Commission, and approved in April 2022.
The approximately 44 acre property known currently as Rancho Suzy Lynn will become 179 residential housing lots with a minimum set square footage of 6,000 square feet per lot. An extra 11 lots are also being designated for the planned community development for utilities and other neighborhood specific spaces.

Yucaipa home prices are fairly consistent with Riverside County, and somewhat consistent with San Bernardino County's average and median home prices, as shown in the graphs below. These graphs detail prices over the past 5 years, and only include homes, with no land or other real estate included.

Redlands home prices have once again inched up year to year. Reading the median sales price graph for Redlands from January to December 2018 shows prices have risen from a median of $370,000 to $406,500. This is almost a 10% increase in one year! Compare these numbers to San Bernardino County's median price increase from $293,500 to $310,000, or about a 6% increase.

Active Riverside County Housing Inventory By Volume Thru 2017 (So Far)
The graph we are showing here reflects all Riverside, California housing inventory active thru the Southern California regional MLS, CRMLS, so far thru 2017 by volume. As you can see, the top of the graph peaks at almost seven billion in volume. But August and September are more than 1.5 billion less at around 5.4 billion in sales volume.
