Can I still short sale my Perris Home? The short answer- YES, OF COURSE! Many homeowners are finding that a short sale is not necessary any more because values have increased. Some are being able to sell with equity, some can sell but just barely scrape by after the cost of selling, and we've even shorted only one lender on a short sale that had two loans! But if you're still under-water, a short sale is absolutely still an option for you. BUT.... You need information!
