In the continued market recovery the amount of home inventory has declined for the last 18 months. This is great news, especially for homeowners concerned about their equity. With inventory low, buyers compete more and more for homes to buy. {Corona Short Sale Agent}
Here's a graph that visualizes the market trend of late. This graph is of Corona Homes and the Days on the market they last. As you can see, since January 2012 the median days on the market a Corona home lasts has dropped from nearly 80 days down to 20 days on the market in June 2013.
