I came across an ad on Facebook sporting another real estate coach and the various ways they advise their clients. This particular coach may just get my business because they suggested something that I hadn't even considered: Facebook Marketplace for advertising my listings!
How could this be? I've familiarized myself with every possible way to market my client's homes for sale. But I guess there's a first time for every thing.

The occupant noticed while I was taking pictures that some of her family photos were probably in the camera's eye. She asked if I would be using that picture online and on the listing.
