I just finished up watching the webinar with Bob Stewart for the Canva.com website. The website provides a free, and easy way to produce real estate flyers, many other types of flyers, and a plethora of other photo with text projects. I will say that Bob and the Canva.com presenters were at a loss for words and various other points of interest at times while talking about Canva.com, not because they weren't prepared, but because the site is very simple to use, and extremely intuitive.
