I just finished up watching the webinar with Bob Stewart for the Canva.com website. The website provides a free, and easy way to produce real estate flyers, many other types of flyers, and a plethora of other photo with text projects. I will say that Bob and the Canva.com presenters were at a loss for words and various other points of interest at times while talking about Canva.com, not because they weren't prepared, but because the site is very simple to use, and extremely intuitive. One of my family's favorite getaways in the wintertime is Yuma, Arizona. We don't live there full-time, but its a great place to visit because of its various attractions. One of our loved activities is driving our buggy along the many canals in the area. The canals run through many crops and fields and usually are banked by a dirt road. The scenery is breathtaking and very serene. Here's a photo of one of our excursions:

Ouch!!!! My Leg Hurts From Taking Listing Pictures!!!! Recently I gained some very good advice from Deena Cottingham, Home Stager & Photographer, in Calgary, AB. In her ActiveRain blog post The least you can do with your Real Estate photos, is get them straight! she taught me how to take listing pictures that didn't seem so, um, crooked! And considering listing picture's purpose is to entice buyers to view the property, that is a very important lesson for me.
