Yeah, we made it through 2008! And while 2009 looks promising, there is still a lot of uncertainty ahead. We all know that some accepted offers will be hard to put together and some will be even harder to get to the closing table. Looking ahead can be exciting, but also energy draining as we wonder what will happen this year. Whenever I need a shot of "get up and go" or "what are you complaining about?" Want to start off 2009 in one of the best ways I can think of? Then watch this video and let someone know that you appreciate them! This video from the Simple Truths website is a story about John who, based on a talk by Barbara A. Glanz, decides to write a thank you letter to his 8thgrade Literature teacher, years after taking her class. The affect this letter has on the teacher is profound.
