Everyone should come to Georgetown, Texas for our annual Red Poppy Festival on April 24th and 25th.  It is great fun and held on our square in historic downtown.  We have a parade, vendor shows, live music and dancing.  We even have a 5k run.  This should be a wonderful Bluebonnet season as well....

We opened our golf season here at Berry Creek Country Club in Georgetown, TX., on Saturday with a fun golf tournament.  It was my first so I was very nervous and played really bad, but the good news is I met a man that wants to sell his house...yea!  See, golf is not all bad.
