tx: Red Poppy Festival

Everyone should come to Georgetown, Texas for our annual Red Poppy Festival on April 24th and 25th. It is great fun and held on our square in historic downtown. We have a parade, vendor shows, live music and dancing. We even have a 5k run. This should be a wonderful Bluebonnet season as well. I'm no Horticulturist, but usually when it freezes, that leaves the Texas hill country with a very colorful spring. … (0 comments)

The new model park in Georgetown, Tx, Sun City is opening soon. It will feature many new floorplans to accomodate all the lifestyles of the over 55ers. These one story homes are designed with many new products that are both glamorous and functional. If you have ever been to a Del Webb Community you will know that the amenities are second to none. Georgetown's Sun City has 2 state of the art golf courses and one currently under construction.
