buying selling homes: Photography.. some things you should leave to the professionals!

According to NAR (National Association of Realtors), 87% of buyers find their home on the internet! In addition, 86% of buyers value the pictures first and foremost. With this realization, it boggles me as to why Real Estate agents decide to take their own pictures to represent your home. Yes, some agents have a background in photography or expensive equipment and photoshop; but what about the other 97%?? It amazes me time and time again when I'm looking in the MLS system and see a picture of the electric range, pictures that appear as though they were taken while the agent was running from room … (5 comments)
