It took me almost 20 years to learn how to convert real estate web leads. Up until recently I thought the only way to become a top producer was through IDX forced registration. I allowed buyers to use my real estate website to view 10 homes, and then on the 11th - they would need to give me their contact information. After mamy years of chasing bad phone numbers, I finally realized, this forced registration just annoyed people. And last time I checked, annoying people is bad for the brand.
