Now is the best time ever to purchase a home. The interest rate is around 5% and the goverment is giving away up to 10% of the purchase price back to buyers. There is a catch though. You have to be a first time home buyer. You have to buy before the end of this year. The 10% maxes out at 80,000. so the most you can get back is 8,000. Why would any one not take advantage of this opportunity. I have had clients get their money back in less than one month. They filed an amended tax return for last year. So … (0 comments)
