How do we explain the mortgage business to our clients? What can we do to make the terms, processes, programs and personalities involved with our industry easier to understand? I believe the best way is to relate them to pop culture and celebrity. America has a love affair with pop culture. We are enthralled by any bit of celebrity gossip and delight in making heroes out of fictional characters.
