Building permits are down (-) 46.7% from a year ago. The median re-sale price is down (-) 2.4% from a year ago. Whatcom County: Home re-sales are down (-)6.5% from last quarter, and down (-) 12.8% from a year ago. Building permits are down (-) 57.8% from a year ago.
