Home prices have dropped in just about every area of Berks County at least 5 percent, some areas have been hit a little harder. I have lived and worked in Berks County for 20+ years and I absolutly love the area. Berks County has so much to offer, Local and National sports teams, Over abundance of schools of Dance and of the Arts, Over 17 glof courses, seemingly endless nature trails, lakes, rivers, hunting, fishing and a Perfect place for any family. These are of course my opinions but i encourage you to take some time and experience everything Berks County can offer but plan on staying for a while!

The Average Sold price of homes in Morgantown continue to show improvement.
