You might have heard that although interest rates are still low, there are not enough homes for buyers to purchase through friends, newspapers, and social media. As a Realtor with Key Realty, I want to tell you what you have heard is true. Let me share with you the latest market update as of 1-6-18, or what I like to call "a piece of the real estate pie" in the neighborhood of Waterford in Sylvania Township. When searching the Internet to view homes for sale in the Toledo area, do you appreciate the instant pop-up for your contact information? Have you ever put in a fake email address or phone number just to gain access? What about the Realtor who captures your contact information, and reaches out to you right after you get off the sight.
