A question I often hear at Key Realty is.... is it better to buy or to rent? The question to buy or to rent is a question that not only people who live in the Toledo area ask themselves, but with the university soon to resume classes may also be a question for parents who children are studying at the University of Toledo. An article in The Toledo Blade newspaper ”Study says buying over renting has its payoff” on 8-12-12 addressed this very question. The article was based on a study done by Zillow.com.
