Trouble with Clutter? Invest in a Co-working Space Co-working spaces have been popping up all over in recent years to meet the needs of telecommuters and entrepreneurs. Such spaces offer different sized offices, WIFI connections, common shared office equipment, conference rooms for meetings, and a business mailing address.
These spaces have varying levels of membership costs, usually associated with how frequently you’ll use the space and what type of office space you require. Those needing privacy can choose a private office with a door whereas others can choose to rent a desk or work in an open space with various other workers.

If you are anything like most real estate agents, you feel like you spend enormous amounts of time explaining why there is value in hiring a real state agent. Everywhere you go you find people that believe that real estate agents are lazy and expect to get paid thousands of dollars for doing nothing. You and I know that couldn’t be further from the truth.
The question is, how do you get them to realize how valuable you are?
How do you get your sphere to think of hiring you as their real estate agent as the obvious first step when they buy (3 comments)
