I recently visited Lolo Boutique in Spokane WA located at 319 W. 2nd ave. It had honestly been a couple of years since I was there, and I had to ask myself why! What a delightful place, with such great finds. The gals were engaging and seemed so very happy to be there. This is important to me as a former retail worker, I tend to get turned off at crabby sales people.
