For those of you that know me...you may remember I caught the end of Design Star Season 2 and thought it was pretty good. I'd have to say good mostly beause I thought the rooms at the last few episodes were designed so well by all contestants. Season 3 just started. So...thought you'd all get a laugh out of this. I posted a small vacant staging we did on the "Listings By Address" Group today. First let me say for those of you that aren't signed up for this and want to help advertise your listings for your REA's...check it out. As Home Stagers with a large inventory of furniture, we already have a large warehouse space for stoage of items when they are not in Model Homes and/or Vacant homes for our clients. BUT...we may be in need of more warehouse in the very near future. PLEASE don't take this blog as a way of thinking we don't want to help others in our business grow, but I have to ask this question. For whatever reason possibly because of AR's internet coverage, different press we're received in the last few months, our name getting spread around our region...we've been literally inundated with daily calls from other hopeful stagers and current stagers. I know I sent a message already wishing everyone a HAPPY EARTH DAY...but HAD to pass along this information as well. Anyone know knows me, knows that I love Oprah. So combine Oprah with an outstanding "Going Green" Show and I was in heaven. SO MANY great improvements and technologies have been developed out there to really heliping us Designers, Home Stagers, Realtors and Consumers out. There are a couple of things that my Real Estate Home Staging business in Minnesota, has used that I wanted to share.
