With the increase in the amount of shows highlitghing the benefits, work involved and process of how Home Staging works...I was curious what are your favorites. I don't know about you, but I honestly can't keep up with them all and don't like being caught off guard when a client says "Have you seen "XYZ" Staging Show?" As Home Stagers with a large inventory of furniture, we already have a large warehouse space for stoage of items when they are not in Model Homes and/or Vacant homes for our clients. BUT...we may be in need of more warehouse in the very near future. Our criteria is this: - In the Twin Cities Area - Approximately 15,000 sq ft needed. - Temperature Controlled - Must have a large door for moving truck to enter (as you can see above) - Would love the ability to purchase more space nearby if needed as we continue to grow. PLEASE don't take this blog as a way of thinking we don't want to help others in our business grow, but I have to ask this question. I know I sent a message already wishing everyone a HAPPY EARTH DAY...but HAD to pass along this information as well. Anyone know knows me, knows that I love Oprah. So combine Oprah with an outstanding "Going Green" Show and I was in heaven. This is for all you folks that responded who wanted to see Article #2 after both Phyllis Parfumi's post (As a Home Stager I Should Have Known Better...Less is MORE! ) and I (Living Your True Dream Job....Advice Wanted on Press Release) posed questions about Press Releases. The second article came out last weekand and we've had yet nothing but positive feedback. Unfortunately the on-line verison of the newspaper doesn't show the great "Before and After" shots or any of the work we did in the Parade of Homes, but at least you can see the majority of the article.
