Thank goodness it's Friday! I have a zillion things running thru my head and a to-do list a mile long. I am SOOOO looking forward to a weekend of friends, family time and Turkey!!! Betty Haney, a fellow Home Stager, was actually responding to one of my blogs about tips we can use to help our clients keep a somewhat neat and tidy home while it's listed and when the clients have children: Home STAGERS SAVIOR for those clients with Kids! So...we've all had em'. Those Staging Consultations with a family that has TONS of toys, books, supplies, games, puzzlies, the list goes on and on. You somehow have to tactfully tell the family that the kids toys that are toppling into the walkways need to go. Exactly HOW DOES one market their home, keep it clean and tidy in this day and age where listings need to looks postless for showings? The ANSWER: BASKETS, STORAGE BINS, BASKETS, BUCKETS AND MORE BASKETS!!!!

Having gone thru this spell of noxiousness (See Are YOU wearing yours??? CAUTION **PHOTOS NOT FOR YOUNG CHILDREN*** for more details on why), I am reminded just how good it is to ALWAYS have FREEZY POPS (aka FREEZIES or what some call FLA-VOR ICE available in the house. Those little tasty treats get you rehydrated in no time and taste SOOOO good! I honestly can't say I've met a person who doesn't like them.
