It is raining in Austin today. Thank heavens! This rain will help us greatly as we have been in an Extreme Level Drought for a few years now. Lake Travis is less than 50% full right now. Yesterday I wrote a post about growing up in Clear Lake, a suburb of Houston Texas. We were 15 minutes from the beach and moments from several great seafood restaurants. However nothing from a restaurant compares to Nana'shome cooked shrimp casserole!
