Market Update for August 2012 in Springfield Lakes Chandler, Arizona
There have been no sales since June. There are currently 2 homes Active in Springfield Lakes. Both are foreclosures. One is 1838 sq. ft. listed for $259,900 and the other is 2386 sq. ft. listed at $214,900. Both have been on the market for some time so my guess is they are overpriced. We have 3 homes that are pending or AWC which is active with contingencies. That basically says they have an offer but are waiting for the banks to approve it.
